Multidocker
Dockerfiles for asv_workspace have been unified, and docker CICD adjusted for multiplatform build resulting in:
- Smaller size docker images
- Multiplatform images, automatically managed by docker when using
docker pull - Docker image pushed tag is 'latest' if in "main" Branch. 'development' if in any branch
- syntax check now does not break
