Asv wait for connection logs

start_asv default call to real vehicle. Now it needs -S tag for simulation, as originally intended

Several modifications regarding logs:

• Logs are preceeded by [self.FSM_STATE] for more information
• Now ASV indicates whether it is connected to mavros. For communication errors.
