Sitl using sim.py

Alejandro Casado requested to merge sitl_using_sim.py into main

Now SITL docker uses sim_vehicle.py to run the blueboat parameters have been downloaded through mission planner and used as input for the SITL.

This fixes vehicles low level controller experimenting weird behaviours (going around a travel point in circles, due to a small waypoint reach radius, and a huge pivot angle param).
